All service fees are clearly stated and are charged for processing, guidance, and submission. Government fees (if any) are separate and not included in our service charges.

Refunds will only be issued:

• If the service has not been started.

• If the client cancels within 24 hours of payment. No refund is applicable once processing has begun or documents have been submitted.

• Respond to communication in a timely manner.

• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine.

• We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to incorrect or fraudulent information.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party agencies or government authorities.

• Losses incurred due to inaccurate information provided by you.

• Rejection of applications by GOP or relevant authorities.
